I contacted Joan, who runs The Service and she met my children. She is a gifted Nanny. She almost immediately 'sensed' what my children needed. They rather quickly were by her side. Joan works with a Psychoanalyst, Michael Fischman, LCSW-R who advises along with Joan what the family may need. I was impressed with both of them
